New for 05 SL
Besides the DVD nav, anything else new on the 2005 500SL ?

04 SL 500, 09 R350, 09 E63, 2010 Prius
aside from the DVD Nav, there is the steering wheel mounted button shifters with the new sports package. That's what somebody posted earlier on a list for 05 options. There are some changes in some of the SL1, SL2, and SL3 packages. Look for that post. It was posted in the last 1-2 months.

2004 SL500, 2007 R350 Sport
Got my SL500 last week. Yup, satnav is DVD and you can also play CD/DVD in dash(contrary to what the salesman told me!). Satnav player is in the boot.
