Clock connector pinout

Can anyone help me find a pinout for the clock wiring connector and/or wiring diagram? I have the Parktronic connector pinout and wiring diagram, but can’t seem to find one for the clock. The clock and parktronic front display uses two connectors. This is for an 03 sl but the actual connector pinout is the same for 03 until at least 08, likely 09-12 as well. Thanks!

Im retrofitting a parktronic front display/buzzer from a w211 as part of a custom dash project. The w211 front display uses three pins, essentially power ground and data where as the SL front parktronic display borrows what I think is the ground from the clock connector as the clock and parktronic were combined into the one module for the r230. The r230 still uses the three pin PTS connector but with only two pins/wiring used. The rear r230 display uses three pins as normal like most mercedes PTS displays of the era.
basically just trying to figure out which wire to tap off the clock pigtail to add to the PTS connector.
Cant seem to locate the clock connector or wiring diagram in WiS/asra? Admittedly I’m still just not very good at navigating it as I am so familiar with Ford EVTM layouts.

The WIS diagrams don't show that these connections are related. If you are missing a ground, my guess would be that the blue/brown wire on the clock would be it.

Thanks for the info. Were you able to find a diagram of the clock circuit then? If so, just the wire color to PIN number at clock is really all I need.
I’ll see which pin the blue/brown is on and test with a DVM this weekend.
I also noticed the WIS doesn’t mention the clock circuit or reference it in the component list for the parktronic diagram which is strange as they clearly are, with both connectors plugging into the same printer circuit board. The clock will function with the parktronic connector unplugged, but the parktronic display will not work without the clock connector also plugged in so I know it’s borrowing something from it! From what I can tell the r230 was the only Mercedes model (at the time at least) wired this way. I already took an r230 clock/buzzer apart, it wasn’t what I was expecting. The same lcd for clock is used for the parking display, and blacks itself out to block out the colored light from leds behind.

Data from PTS to displays on this era Mercedes appears to be dedicated for each display from the n62 pts module. The pin assignment is actually shared across multiple models as well, although the r230 pts diagram labels the two front display wires just +/- (pin 33 and 14 on n62) all other models also use pin 12 which is typically violet and marked as negative (with 33 + and 14 data) which is why I was hoping it’s just a ground. We shall see, more experimenting required

All I found was this:

http://benzbits.com/r230/UpperControlPanelWiring.pdf

You can see the clock (A70) has three wires, but it does not describe their functions. Generally, brown = ground, so I am only assuming that the "BUBN" (blue/brown) is ground.

Thanks for the help! I didn’t think to look at the cluster diagrams for the clock! I think I have it worked out, kept the r230 parktronic display and was able to modify it for my project.
