Don't we all do this twice a year? Except Arizona of course.
If you have Comand...go to settings: time/date; click time 'back' 2 clicks; back out of screen.
Comand time only changes 30 minutes each click, and you can't see the hour, but the result is immediate so it's easy to check your work.
If you don't have Comand - check your owners manual. Process will be different.

2017 550SL - 2018 560S
On 2017 & 2018 models, all we need to do is turn the car on. The time change is totally automated. I realize this doesn't help you but I'm sure other owners, like myself, monitor this forum.
