Hey,

I have a 2004 SL500 and the ABC went bad. I see that is leaking on the line that goes to the rear passenger strut. I removed the line and been dealing trying to install the new line.

I removed the 4 bolts to the sub-frame. The sub-frame lower just a little bit but it is difficult to pass the line all the way across from the valve block to the strut.

Any suggestions how can I complete the job without breaking the new line.

Thank you for your response. I will send pics of underneath the car most likely Friday because tomorrow supposed to rain all day long.

As a reference I am replacing part# A230 997 0352.

i started the job but I am having issues putting it back together.

I lowered the subframe a couple of inches.

if anyone can give me some guidance would be very appreciate it.
