SL55 2003 no power after water leak
SL55 2003 have some dampness in the trunk and floor of the car, I put key in everything blinks and then nothing , where do I look for the issue , EMC , Bcm etc, I want to stop leak but since I have no power cant open roof to reseal rear window. or check any of the drains. I was thinking to dry out the unit just not sure what and where?

First open the trunk with your emergency key (blade inside the normal key)
Disconnect the trunk battery and then the starter battery in the engine compartment. (load both of them externally,)
Then look for a connector sitting next to the roof hydraulic pump and the vacuum pump on the left side of the emergency wheel. Make sure the connector is dry and is not corroded.
After that check all fuses.
Reconnect the starter battery then the trunk battery.
Turn the key and pray it is fixed. ESD Warning will pop up, but thats normal after disconnecting the power.
