Trans Mount
Over the weekend I replaced the trans mount based on a vibration at approximately 2500 RPM.
It was evil so I did some reading and found a couple of good threads around the resultant smoothness attributed to the R230.
Well for around 45 minutes which included shuffling cars and getting the SL on the hoist it is an amazing result.
All vibration gone and smooth as a babys b%m
If you have vibration and or doing your engine mounts definitely do this one.

I had my engine and tranny mounts done last week. What a world of difference. It feels like the car is gliding on ice.
