I'm very interested in the wishbone arms. Do the arms move up and down by the flexing of the bushing, with the inner metal sleeve being stationary? I bought some aftermarket arms where this was not the case, the inner metal sleeve is moving against the frame. Do you have a side view picture of the arms so I can see the bushings?

For your R230 seeing OEM there is only front and rear Toe - directional adjustment, we manufacture a TOTAL SYSTEM!

3 Front kits and 3 Rear

RE YOUR ENQUIRY - FRONT UPPER ARM ADJUSTER KITS.

Either full replacement arms - Hi strength forged alloy same design as OEM
#502216 3N

Or “replacement” inner bush kit (retaining existing Hi-strength OEM arms)
#502216-2J

BOTH DESIGNS PROVIDE PRECISE CAMBER (AND CASTER) ADJUSTMENT. More than enough to resolve most premature tire wear issues
(#502216-3N extra 2 degrees Pos. or Neg. #502216-2J extra 1.5 degrees Pos. or Neg.).

NOTE: #502216-2J comes with bush extraction tool so fitting requires no special tools - or need for upper arm removal.
PRICE IS RIGHT TO - WITH APRIL 25% DISCOUNT OFFER $285 (BOTH SIDES).

REGARDING “UPPER ARM” QUERY - METAL SLEEVE. KMAC has been manufacturing "Performance Bushings" since 1964.
Load bearing area is 3 times that of OEM and hardened steel tooth bushings with similar matching external clamp washers!

OTHER FRONT KIT MANUFACTURED FOR THE R230:
Replacement "Performance bushings” for the ‘4’ lower arm/highest wearing.

Providing precise single wrench adjustment of Camber and Caster. Also up to 1.5 degrees extra Pos. or Neg. Plus advantage
of the unique design forward facing (Caster) bushings being Mono ball / 2 Axis, deleting the soft rubber, oil and air voided OEM bushes.
Result is significant improvement to brake and steering response.

Also adjusting lower arms allows increased track width when adjusting for extra Neg Camber for Performance / Race days.
#502216 $480 (discount $380).

FOR THE REAR: Camber (and extra Toe adjustment to compensate). Recommend #502526 K (discount $360). This kit replaces the lower arm
inner bushes. Precise single wrench adjustable - up to 1.5 extra Pos. or Neg. Fit without need for arm removal.

Advantage is retains top of Tire to outer fender clearance when adjusting to reduce premature inner edge Tire wear.
Or upper Camber arms if wanting extra Neg. to gain clearance top of Tire to outer fender
#502526-1L (discount $408).

ALSO FOR REAR “UPRATED PERFORMANCE BUSHINGS” : Replacing the ‘6’ multi link arm bushes. Less twist, flex, loss of traction. Especially when applying power to lane change / overtake (discount $360).

Delivery $40 one kit. $20 each extra.

Do the bushings flex or does the inner sleeve rotate against the frame?
In the picture, aftermarket arms on the left, OEM arms on the right.

As above yesterday's post "inner metal sleeves" - KMAC bushes rotate, inner sleeves are stationary incorporating hardened steel teeth to fully secure.
