New R230 SL63 - Maintenance Baseline Help Request
I've had a lot of European cars over the years, and have become quite fond of completing a maintenance "baseline" shortly after purchase. I stole the term from the Land Cruiser community (I had an FJ80), who typically knock out all maintenance and replace any failure prone parts as preventative maintenance prior to taking an overland or off-road adventure. So long story short, I've purchased a very nice 2009 SL63 with 61k and I want to bulletproof it. I have a W212 E63 and have had a W204 C63, so I'm quite familiar with the M156 and 722.9. But I would like help with all the R230 specific nuances that I need to be tending to. Below is a list of what has been recently done via records, and what I intend to do ASAP. The big question is, what am I missing? Thanks in advance, I've spent quite some time lurking in this forum and have already learned a lot about the R230, which is absolutely fantastic.
Recent maintenance: air filters, pollen filter, brake bleed, power steering flush, fuel filter, differential oil, check (not replace) serpentine belt, ABC hose replaced with system flush and new filter in 2017 at 49K
Planned maintenance: transmission fluid and filter with late model pan, spark plugs, oil and filter with Ceracote treatment, ABC fluid flush with new filter, lubricate all top rubber seals with MB lubricant, extract top oil and refill/cycle

Coolant, re-torque lugs to 96 ft-lbs, weather seal conditioning (including doors, hood, trunk) with Gummi Pflege.

Is there a specific product recommended to lube the folding hard top pivot points?

There are a few more things you should check, or do for preventative maintenance...
Check the engine mounts and trans mounts for sagging.
Check the front inboard suspension bushings for tears in the rubber.
Replace the plastic linkage in the gear lever with aluminum (see 'stuck in Park' posts).
Safety wire the back deck panel flaps so they don't get lost.
Replace the crank position sensor, and keep your old one for backup.
There may be a few 63 engine items I'm not familiar with.
I'm sure I have missed a few, but the above will get the car reliable.
