Retractable roof questions
How's everyone?
I decided to check the condition of my trunk for wetness with all the recent rain on the east coast.
Although no wetness found, I did notice my PSE pump oil level was somewhat low. I'm not getting any messages on my display, but I'd like to top off the fluid level.
I have an 03 SL55 AMG and can use some help with where the oil fill location is on this PSE pump.
Also, I noticed a wiring connector not connected.
Can anyone tell me what this connector is to or for. My roof is functioning without it connected which is strange.

The wire connector looks like the connector for the emergency trunk release.
Is your green emergency light blinking? If not, the round button on the rear trunk wall is where it goes.
FYI, Klaus at Top Hydraulics has the best fluid injection syringe I have ever used.
Good luck with your leak. Watch closely for signs of fluid on the front roof passenger side. Leaks there are typical and more trouble if not dealt with timely.
