B1 013-001 error code

Hi all,
I did a diagnostic with a Foxwell NT530 and I got the error: 'B1 013-001 Terminal 15: Short Circuit to Battery'.

Does anyone know what this could be? I tried to clear it but it keeps coming back. I don't experience any issues at the moment nor any warning lights on dash.

Last week when I run the diagnostic the only error I had was 'B1 000 Pass-Side SAM-Passenger-side Signal acquisition and actuation module' an error that I still have now, but the Terminal 15 error is new.

This suggests the ignition switch may be faulty, but presuming it is't, I would ignore this fault or look it up in Star Diagnosis for troubleshooting directions.
