Hey Guys
Mercedes B coming up.
1. Can anyone give recommendations to get service products?
2. What and who to stay away from?
3. Most important, what engine oil do i use? Mercedes own brand or mobil? etc..

Mercedes give a list of all approved service products here: Mercedes-Benz Specifications for Operating Fluids. Stick with those and you can not go wrong, Narday.

I see you'll need a "sheet" number to select a product. That is found in the WIS, if I remember correctly. Surely Peter or someone with easy access to the WIS will provide the information you need. I do know that the coolant is sheet 325.0, but likely you needn't change it.

It is a software package from Mercedes which includes procedures for disassembly/assembly, explanations of how major systems function, and wiring diagrams (which are significantly inferior to Mercedes' ETM with Starfinder. I've seen where the WIS can be downloaded from eBay for about $10.
