Does 2008-2011 350 R230 FL cars comes with this feature?

I might be into market for this car sometime this year and while reading forums I've found some conclusions about only AMG cars supporting full manual mode. Some people did this kind of coding on W204 and some E class models


and I wonder if this is available for SL or the stock car already have full M mode where the gearbox let you drive in any gear for how long you want except idle auto downshifts and redline automatic upshifts?

I can program this on all those who don't have it, also paddle shifters
car must have a mode switch so if it's hasn't, that has to be added
