Any dismantle shop might have already some, considering the car was made 17 years ago, you should be able to find it in even at junk places 
Now if you want a new one - dealer / ebay or any other site you'll find in internet. There might be some sites that sell OEM parts just like dealers but without actually visiting them, If you took it apart - it will have a part number that you can use when searching.

There are several MB specialists that I discovered on a Google search: mbopusa.com; harouts.com; atlasupull.com; eurochopshop.com. I used aaautoparts.com to find an outside mirror. Had to have it painted as OEM replacement needed as well. You should be able to find one.

2005 R 230 SL350 (M112 3.7). Sold the 1966 W113 230SL recently
You'll find part numbers in EPC 69-18 for the visor, 'housing' (the mirror door) and adjacent fittings.
For US delivered SL500 I see color coding for alpaca grey, pepple and black.
Plus you would need to check build year.
