Amplifier Power Source
Hey All, I'm going to replace my Command system with a new Head Unit and utilize a 5 channel amp to drive the existing speakers and sub (at least for now, may replace the speakers in the future). Does anyone know if it is would be okay to connect the amplifier to the battery in the rear since it is much closer to where the amp will be mounted? Thanks!!

Absolutely, plug it on the rear, that is where the original amp was connected too
the front battery is for starter only

Thanks BenzNinja, very helpful information on the battery system. I just purchased the car a few months ago and I’m learning so much from the forum.
