SL/R230: PSE pump no vacuum only blows

PSE pump no vacuum only blows
I have a different issue I cant seems to find info on, My Pse pump only blows. it will turn on and blow air out of the Filter line. then it will sound like its switching and still just blows out the filter line. I purchased a used pump for an s class because the manifold was melted and swapped it out. I can plug in the s class and it will have vacuum in the filter line? any suggestion? What ever the circuitry is that reverses the polarity of the motor is at fault I would assume if that is what it does. The motor is wired the same as the s class pump.

The motor does not reverse. Pressure is drawn from one port on the pump, vacuum on the other. A solenoid determines which mode the pump is in. If you manifold is damaged, that is your most likely cause.

Yes I swapped the manifold from the s class to the Sl. After researching more last night online it may be a solenoid? I don’t know much about circuit boards but thanks to internet I can learn.
my thought of the reverse polarity was incorrect. I took the motor off and tested. Has good vacuum and the vanes are solid. It will run strong for a while(45 seconds) then it stops for a second and then turns back on. It does stop eventually but the old manifold Burt out so I think it’s not turning off soon enough.
Can DAS tell me the issues inside the pse pump. I just bought one from benzninja.
