Roof want open
Hi.
I have a problem with the opening of the roof.
After the car has been on stand for 8 months I get this problem.
When I press the button to open the roof everything works find until the roof should “unlock” from the front windshield, the right side seem to open, but the left side seem to be stuck, the roof just move maybe a half of a centimetre on the left side and are stuck there, on the right side I can see that the “look hook” has been released.
Anyone have a quick fix on that?
I am on my way to sell the car and replace it with a CLK, so the roof needs to work

Benny, sometimes when the lock cylinder bolts are loose it un-evenly unlatch the roof. Try to manually open the roof with the screw on top of the roof centered near the windshield. If it still is not unlashing, try to use a flat screwdriver to push the hook outwards. I will suggest to do the manual opening process for this. Do the inverse of the instructions to close!
