Someone who has done one before could do it in 2 - 3 hours, if you're talking about gluing up the six leak points in the lock where you can see the small ball bearings that cap the airways.
Do not use epoxy to glue them up!
It will stick, but not bond, then you'll be doing it again soon enough when it peels away and leaks. Use Cyanoacrylate, preferably with spray activator to set it. It will set like concrete.
