Crank Position Sendor

In the last few weeks, I've had an issue where my R230 just dies. Happens about every other day. Given the symptoms, I'm pretty sure it's the crank position sensor. i've looked around for a good video on how to change but haven't had any luck. Any one have a diagram that shows how to get to it. I know it's on the rear of the engine but I'm not certain how to get to it without being a contortionist

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

On the drivers side rear at about 1 o’clock looking from the front of the engine. I used a 1/4” drive ratchet with a 12 to15” extension and a universal with the e8 torx bit . Do it while the engine is cool and pull the engine cover off. It’s still going to take some contortion to get it and the connector off and twist and pull the sensor out.

I could not find mine from above. I put the car on jack stands and then was able to see it. That makes a heck of a difference. Then I was able to feel and replace it from above.
