I would like to ask for some advice, please?
I have a Red Battery Icon & Visit Work Shop message.
The engine compartment battery was tested at advanced auto parts & it was good.
I replaced the trunk battery, but still get the same battery warning once in awhile. The engine compartment battery's negative cable was disconnected, voltage reading was 13.04 V
The trunk battery voltage reading was 12.99 V ,
with front/engine battery's disconnected.

Have you tried to clear the code using OBD port and suitable tool? Is your charging system working properly?
Best practice is MB specific tools like Xentry or a Foxwell with MB capabilities.

I think you have confused the car, use a code reader to see if you can clear the codes. For icarsoft you go into battery maintenance if you happen to have one thats how I cleared mine. Also check that your car is charging, on the off chance that your voltage regulator or alternator are playing up. Simple use multi meter on your cigar lighter and with the car engine on, it should read about 14.1V. Turn on rear heater, lights and see if the volts dip then come straight back up to 14V.

The cigarettes lighter voltage reading was 14.3-14.4 with the engine running .
I will take pictures of voltage reading at both batteries & at the cigarettes lighter soon .

Perfect your car is charging nice, did you check the voltage regulator by turning on the lights and rear window heater or seats, it should remain at the same level.
