SIRUS Antenna in hood under windshield washer grate
I think I remember reading that someone installed the smaller SIRUS antenna under the grate outside on the hood where the windshield washer is on the drivers side.
I spoke to my MB mechanic and he says that is possible.
Does anyone know if there was any loss or interruption of signal in that installation?

I have no problem with mine. I is mounted on the drivers side. The farther away from the trees on the side of the road the better.
