Propshaft Center Support Bearing
Hello all- in need of replacing my propshaft center support bearing. I'm only finding the actual bearing as a replacement part, and not the carrier unit which I was hoping for easier remove and replace. Seems I would need to get a bearing pressed into the existing unit.
I was hoping to find a parts diagram of the driveline which would probably show if the bearing and/or support has its own part #.
Anyone go through this process before? I'm finding limited guidance (and part options other than the actual bearing). From what I understand this is a fairly consumable part. Will also change out my flex discs while at it. 2004 SL500. 85K miles on the car. Thanks!
