Coolant warning light on (pix 1) despite coolant being full (pix2). Bought a replacement sensor (pix3) Coolant warning light
Coolant full. Can this sensor be replaced or is it sealed in overflow tank? Is their a part number? Bought new sensor based on my registration but does not match sensor on the car
based on my registration, Is this issue likely to be the sensor?

As the rules of MMB DIY say Scan first, diagnose , buy correct parts, remove install according to our Work shop Instructions. You should have the car scanned by a MB capable scanner , preferably with DAS Xentry or equivalent. The codes will tell the truth about which part is or isn’t the issue. BTW what is the condition of your batteries? Without driving frequently, these cars will discharge a battery and release mayhem into the car. Like the one you are getting.
