SL/R230: Yet another Phone Question

Yet another Phone Question
I currently have a Verizon LG 6000 phone which I really like. In my 2003 SL500 I have a Digital Motorola Timeport phone. I want to keep both phone and have the same number is this possible? I have called Verizon several times and I keep getting different responses. Some say I can use the same NAM for both phones and if one is on the other will not work. Has anyone had luck in getting this to happen? They tell me the only way is to get another phone and had two NAM’s on both phones. Basically have to another phone number and pay for an extra line.

I believe I had a friend who wanted to do same thing as you.
Make it simple, I do belive that it is possible.
You just need to walk into local Verizon wireless office and have them scan the bar code of the 2nd phone and you can use both phones for 1 line.
I think what my frined did was that he told them 2nd phone is going to be for his son and he does not want him to have seperate line since he was too young and they let him share the line with 2 phones.
I will ask my friend if it is still possible however, I believe it should be since 2 phones meaning more minutes to them.
