SL/R230: climate + light problem please help

climate + light problem please help
Hi Mercedes lovers friends I'm Mike from germany I have 2 problems maybe you can help me.
1 problem: my air conditioning fan runs continuously, when I try to adjust the fan speed, that doesn't work either, even if I switch off the air conditioning control panel, it runs continuously, but when I then pull the cable with the 3 plug, i.e. where the air conditioning bus is connected does the system work normally.
Read out with stardiagnose comes with only one error
b1267 Air conditioning bus communication error.
2 errors:
Since the lights are not working, the courtesy light will not work when plugged in. stardiagnose shows no errors. but if i pull the white plug the door step lights work if i turn it on again it works for 3 seconds and again everything away from the star diagnosis i can turn it on no problem. The buttons also work with Star diag
