SRS light - Right side airbag and window airbag

Advice please on whether this fault, shown on MB11 scanner, is most likely sensor as flagged or given I also see a short circuit to positive s68/4 right side buckle, and short circuit with ignition squib R12/5, is it possible a wiring issue causing the sensor fault. Attached images of MB11 data. I am trying not to just throw parts at the fault if at all possible. Any suggestions welcomed.

SRS update on this thread

Further investigation now reveals that either seat belt does not alarm when being unbuckled, traveling above 15 mph. On car start, seat belt indicator on dash illuminates then goes out. Initial post shows buckle issues in the data feed images.
is this a possible fuse issue? Cable chafing under each seat?
Can anyone point to a testing process clip in youtube etc to help me narrow this down. I will be searching.
(Update) MB11 shows buckle/unbuckle works on both seats, so i have a working circuit there. Next checking harness under seat for damage that would cause the 'short' to ground, then sensor itself.

How is it going?? I have exact same problem in my car. I can't find the error either and my research is where you are right now. When I read the wiring diagram to see where the cables/harness goes from the control unit under the seat. The diagram does not match the wires in my car. Some of the wires are not in the car at all. Very strange.
Right now I have no idea how to proceed.
I would greatly appreciate it if you could update if you find the error. I will do the same.

I plan on replacing the sensor and will update once I have something to help you resolve also.

FYI, short circuit to positive is almost never an actual short circuit to positive. It is usually a broken wire or corroded connection which allows a pin to float and the resulting voltage reading is above the normal range.

Re-seating under seat connectors

Thankyou MikeJ65 for encouraging me to take a better look at all connectors under the passenger seat.
Disconnected all, and re-seated multiple times. Cable tied lower hanging wires to tie points (obvious had been played with at some point in the past).
MB 2, by icarsoft was still having an issue when I attempted to read and clear faults, so updated code, reran the diagnostics, no errors, was able to clear SRS error and light off 😀
Early days, but SRS light remains off after several drives.
