This part just lifts up from the glass but you will think that it is glued, it isn't, you need some thin plastic wedges or similar to pries it up from the glass.
There is a very good chance you will crack it as it will be brittle, try to be gentle and work your way along it a little at a time.

I used PBlaster, a thin plastic wedge, and a toothbrush to soak the mounting rail for an hour, then wedged the top edge of the water collector up/perpendicular to the windshield. I pried the hose away that was clipped to the rain/air box, & removed box. Then I removed 3 hoses and an electrical connector from the leaking heater control valve A230 830 00 84. The valve was $25.69 on Amazon with 2 day shipping when I subscribed to Prime.
