PSE Pump

Ive noticed my PSE pump runs on, off, on, off, on, off…when I open the doors but, cuts off after about a minute. I don’t have any codes and my doors and trunk works fine. My seats are plugged off so, no leaks there. I had leaks in my door locks but, I replaced the actuators and my trunk was leaking but, I fixed that too and I don’t hear anymore hissing from air leaks. What is going on???

So the seats are plugged off at the PSE pump? If they are plugged at the seats, you still have plenty of places for leaks on that circuit. Also, are you just using a generic OBDII scanner, or one actually capable of reading PSE codes?

I think I found the problem. I did a vacuum test on all the lines and they all held vacuum. So I looked at the black PSE pump box and a few of the outlet ports were cracked and about the break off so I glued them all with high strength epoxy. Hope this fixes the issue.
