Sale can anyone tell how to get a password generator for it

Yes you can get it to work.

Run ConfigAssist, press SDconnect > press Configure > Continue > Continue >
Then send a PM with the Hardware ID and App ID

Is it X-dos or pass-through version? Did you get a multiplexer or pass-through device with it?
