Thank you for your interest! I bought an aegean blue 2003 500SL and put about 40,000 miles on it. It has too many miles to make money on a sale. I am so impressed with this supercar I decided to restore this silver beauty for resale. I put $7-8K mainly for parts into this fresh restoration that would cost you about $20-30K for a dealer to do the work. It is ready to drive cross country right now.
My friend, an honest opinion...no matter how much you spent on these cars, the value is pretty much compared with low mileage vehicles born in the same year..! 20 years of age takes a toll on plastic and rubber components, even with an engine that could last over 200K miles.! Good luck finding a buyer!
