ABC SYSTEM NO ROLL LEFT!
Hello all, I am stumped as to why the ABC suspension unit on this SL500 will NOT function when I ask it to do the Roll actuation to the right side. It does center to the left side only. When I do the Pitch actuation it goes all the way d own front and back evenly on all 4 corners, all sides. When I ask it to do Rodeo it does each corner with full motion. However, when I say Roll, center left only, no roll to the right side. I have no codes, except car to low left front and left rear. And load adjustment not successfully done. Its because of the lurching left , it won't load adjust.
I have replaced the rear-level sensors. I have clean fluid and filter. I have replaced the control module. I have rebuilt the solenoid blocks and replaced the actuators. New Batterys, starter and consumer. I am using SDS/DAS MBStar.
The results of why I can't get it to roll right is that affects its stance when unlocked. Its low left front and back.
Thanks in advance,
J

Have you done the actuations on each individual strut? I would start there and make sure each one is functioning properly. What is happening with the plunger sensors and level sensors? Do they seem to change as they should and are in the middle of the range, not sitting at zero or max.?
Sometimes the rodeo, pitch, and roll can be a bit deceptive. One strut sitting all the way up or down will still look pretty normal in a rodeo until you watch it really closely or measure the actual travel on each corner. Travel on the other struts will make it look like they are all moving.

Mike, do you know the wireeolors that go to the left rear control solonoid? That would be the green one. Could the wires to the control solonoids be reversed? The color tags fell off with oil getting on them. The shorter lead wire I thought was the closest to the tire side. Could you check. Peek inside the flap they provide without taking the liner out?
I have issues with rear individual actuation.
I really appreciate it.
