I'm not on MBWorld very often, so I'm sorry if this reply is delayed. At this time, we just do all of our business through Facebook using Messenger. So you'll just need to create an account to discuss/ purchase. The easiest way to find me is to join the "Mercedes BNS/BCM Fires" page, and I am the admin there (Brian Wallace). On that page you'll find all of my posts about the module with all the details. You'll want to look at the featured posts section of the page... it has multiple posts about our modules, the hatch, the CanBus system, and a Diagnosis Guide I wrote as well. BCM replacement
My mechanic and I just installed Brian Wallace BCM replacement and it works great. Got hatch cover also and fits perfectly. Thx to SL Guys.

Always late to the party
Hi. I’m new to forums like this so forgive me if I get this wrong. As a new owner of a R230 with a suspect BCM I am looking at solutions. I am also prepared to get my hands dirty so quite like the solution discussed in this tread. My only problem is the emulator part. I have zero skill with computing so would be grateful if someone could help me source a programmed board I can buy please?

I have been reading information around BCM issues, and while mine currently works, I would like to convert to a DC/DC charger but I would never be able to program the emulator. Would you have a board that you have made and are willing to sell by any chance please?

We have a proprietary/ custom PCB in our module, and it's got our emulation loaded onto it. You would not be able to make use of it. Sorry.
