Rear windows

Hello guys I have been out of commission for awhile I was having vision problems, sorry but I need more help.... I can not get my rear windows to function, I have replaced my rear SAM, RVC and both complete window assemblies, I have also replaced both door modules, center console roof switch, both batteries are new, fuses are good DAS shows windows demoralized, I tried to normalize with switches and no luck.... When trying to open top front windows drop trunk opens rear flaps stay folded, front latches unlock and that's when the cycle stops but pumps still running.... everything goes back when switch is reversed... Roll-bar function, I do have voltage going to rear windows and can operate with a power probe. I can activate the flaps with DAS .... I think I covered everything. Please I know you guys have tried to give me some advice in the past but I must have missed something. Please have patience give me an some more ideas I can troubleshoot...

Given that you've replaced several components, including the rear SAM, RVC, and door modules, the issue might lie in the synchronization or normalization process not completing correctly. The "windows demoralized" message suggests that the system hasn't been able to establish a proper baseline for window operation, which is crucial for convertible top functionality. Additionally, since you can operate the windows with a power probe, it indicates that the motors and wiring are intact, but the control signals aren't being processed correctly by the modules. To further investigate, I recommend focusing on the Convertible Top Control Module, as it plays a pivotal role in coordinating the operation of the windows and top mechanism. This module should have relevant fault codes or logs that can provide insight into why the normalization process isn't succeeding. Utilizing a full system scanner like youcanic will allow you to delve into these specific modules and access detailed diagnostics that a basic scanner like the Autel AutoLink AL319 might miss. Have you checked whether the initialization sequence for the convertible top and windows has been followed precisely, as even a minor deviation can prevent the system from completing its cycle? This could be a key area to revisit.

It seems that starting of putting the top down sequence is fine , front windows drop, front latches unlock trunk lifts , pump still working but top dose not move widows stay up. Xentry tells what it see at that point are communicating and the rear windows are not normalized but it will not give what to check to do the repair …so that’s where I have been for the last year.
