SL R230 Hood logo and rear logo
Hi!
I'm looking for a new logo for the hood and trunk. I'm having trouble finding the right color and specs for my R230. I find several logos for the R231—are these the same diameter and will they fit?

2004 SL600
I see them on ebay listed as either Genuine or very good looking used ones.
The Genuine ones show a part number of 000-817-1701 and a price of around $25.
The hood emblem is also available for MB dealers as part # 207-817-03-13 for $45.

Thanks! i assume the hood emblem has the "2 pin lock" and not the "advanced" lock with spring ?

my 2006 SL65 had the two pin set up. Also rear trunk lid star, was the 3 pin style.
