A/C drier blocked? Can't recharge system

A/C compressor seized, replaced compressor, condenser, expansion valve, drier and suction hose. Flushed the rest of the stuff. Added correct amount of oil, vacuum tested and vacuumed. with no problems.
Now, I fill system with around 1 can of freon, get about 85 PSI on both low and high side. Turn on the compressor with DAS and the low side drops to 30 PSI and the HIGH side also drops to around 30 PSI and stays there after the compressor is turned off. ?? With compressor off, DAS shows B12 press sensor at 101 PSI. The sensor is right at the drier input. Right at the drier output is the HIGH side port which shows 30 PSI, not good. Used another set of gauges, same thing. Looks like a blocked drier to me.
While removing the drier, I removed the output line of the drier and got a small puff, basically nothing (30psi). I figured there would be more coming out of the input line (101psi) and there was, a lot more. Sort of confirms the 101psi reading. If the drier was not blocked I should have gotten all that freon from the output side of the drier.
I installed a new drier and no change, same scenario.
I blew air into the replaced drier both ways and it went through just fine, no blockage (using air) I believe normal operation would be liquid.
What am I missing here?? Whatchall think?

Some visuals

Found the problem. I've been working on this project off and on for 3 months now and I must have forgot to remove the rubber stopper at the end of the high pressure line near the port. The end of the line is pointing down so it is a little hard to see. I'm surprised I was able to install the line onto the drier with that stopper poking out. I used a boroscope to look into the hard line and saw a little yellow stopper stuck in there. Took me a couple of hours to finally get it out.
A/C working good now.
(Getting the compressor out is one of the most frustrating jobs I've had to do on this car.)

And a reminder to mark lines that have a non-obvious stopper.

Did you put that stopper in when working on the system to plug the line temporarily - then forgot it was there?

Pretty much. I had all the lines blocked while working on it over months. Apparently missed this one.
