WTB Seican Radio

Did anyone buy a Seican radio and decide not to install it in their car? I am looking for a model that will fit a 2004.

IMHO, if all you want is wireless Apple CarPlay, there are better and cheaper alternatives. Get a DIN-2 case, the necessary D2B adapter for the fiber optics and then your pick of many other alternative headunits.

I do not want to cut my bezel. I like the Seican because it fits in my 2004 SL and still somewhat looks stock, I do not want this massive Ipad hanging off my dashboard.

I understand your desire to keep the stock look, but I don't understand what you mean by "massive iPad hanging of the dashboard".
I do notice that the Seican has a 7" screen versus 6" for most Double-Din units.
Personally I like being able to remove my radio and get access to things behind it without having to remove the bezel anymore. I'll change radios when I find one with a brighter screen.

He doesn't want to cut the wood trim and fair enough.

Why not order a Seicane from the factory direct?

I will end up ordering from the factory, but I was checking to see if anyone bought one here, and was frustrated with installing and gave up.

Also I am in the US, so tariffs from China will make the radio double the price. I guess I will just wait it out till they make a deal.

Ah.

Surely there's a factory set up in America making these now?
