SL/R230: Access Aftermarket Rear View Camera

Access Aftermarket Rear View Camera
I've installed an aftermarket rear view camera on my 2011 SL550 but can't get it to come up on the screen. There are several videos online showing how to get access the Mercedes engineering mode on the command module and activate the camera. Unfortunately, none of the videos apply to my vehicle. The electronics were changed on the W230 for the 2009 through 2012 models and it's completely different. I was able to access the engineering mode (End Call + 6 + * buttons at the same time), but could not find any option to activate the camera. Any help would be appreciated.

Sorry, I purchased one too and it can be frustrating finding this old info these days.
I wish the facelift model years and V12 stuff was more segregated into separate categories instead of just being all lumped into the big R230 one.
