SL/R230: SAM Issue?

SAM Issue?
I've got a 2004 R230 with some interesting issues that I believe are related. Recently my car started to show an intermittent SRS light. When this happens I also get a coolant low (it's not I've checked) and my left front parking light stays on even though the module shows that it's off (confirmed via SDS). Also, my seats, windows, trunk switch, anything that has a button on the door does not work. It may or may not come back on after several minutes. Examining what the front SAM does, all of the issues I'm having appear to be controlled via the front SAM. Is there a proper way of confirming that the SAM is the issue? SAM - Signal Acquisition Module - an electronic module with communication and electronics drivers that's normally actuate the:
Driver-side fuse and relay module ( what you find ) and this is just a panel with nothing electronic inside,
