Meta-Data
Has anyone received a dialogue box on the command screen that says "meta-data lost. Please re-import"

I have gotten this a few times. The most recent was this morning. What's curious is that everything still works fine.

Any ideas out there?

I saw this once a couple days ago. The COMAND screen was on the phone so I thought that it had to do with bluetooth address book sync, but I listed all my address book names and they seemed to be there. I too didn't notice anything missing or erroneous.

There was a software update for that problem on other models-- not sure if there is one out for the 231 though.

I have had the same issue in mine several times, I have the car at the dealer now so I will mentioned to the service advisor. I forgot today

I brought my car to the shop yesterday. There is an update to the software which they installed.
