Steering wheel paddles

I just came across the window sticker of the car and saw that the AMG sport wheel package was supposed to have silver steering wheel paddles.

Since I also have the wood/leather steering wheel, my paddles are black.

Prefer them in silver. Does anyone have a pic? Am thinking of having them swapped. Or possibly get the SL63 paddles which are taller and aluminum.

Yup, those paddles are taller and made of more quality material
You can also have carbon fiber ones that I have seen on ebay but those are aftermarket because MB don't make these in carbon fiber
Here is the image of what they look like from my computer

Yes, I was thinking of those but am hoping that anyone can take a quick pic of the silver ones that were listed on the window sticker (AMG sport wheel package without wood/leather steering wheel) since I would get those for free.

Will also have to look at the back of the steering wheel if the cut-outs are the same.

I don't know about you guys, but I only use the paddles when I like to go for quick sprints in lower gears and push the engine a bit. I certainly can't beat the slushbox in speed or acceleration.

This paddle is used in several recent MB models. We Crossfire owners love to retrofit them, for obvious reasons. Fun factor is

Part number is A 171 267 00 46

USA description is a "rocker switch" but in German it's Wippenschalter (paddleshifter).

This isn't a great photo of the paddles. However you can see the tops of them.
