SL/R231: What could this be?

Sold 06 CLS500. SL550 09. SL550 2013. Own C6 Corvette heavily customized garage queen 2005.
What could this be?
When I make a left turn...you can clearly hear a wooshing noise coming from the dash area, but my wife then thought it was coming from somewhere else. It only makes this sound on a left turn.
It's like something is moving from one side to another, or something sliding from one area to another. Cannot fathom out what this is?
Any ideas? tia

interesting reply...you could be right...its just that I have never heard this before..yes I do have the active bolsters on......

leaking airbag.....
At Mercedes today and the noise is a leaking airbag!!
Also for others who like myself are having the problem with the disc brakes continually squeaking.......they have refused to replace again....last had the front disks replaced in January and they are still bad.......they today told me that MB are working on a fix(supposedly) and will not replace until told to do so.....having new tires put on today, so not exactly pleased, but what can I do? Also, as I have noticed quite a noise with the wipers..was expecting new ones to cost about $75.00..oh no...$150.00 to replace... What I said(after just 13 months from new) and was told that in the florida heat they usually wear out after a year.............and should be replaced at least twice a year

Same here but mostly on right turns.
This maybe a leak in the bladder or valve as it only occurs on the passenger seat and both seats are set to active.
I am bringing the car in for service next week so I'll have that checked out.
For some reason I thought there was a service bulletin out for that but i maybe mixing that up with something else... I'll check

It was the right bladder in the drivers bolster that was leaking even though I was told it was an airbag problem. 4 days waiting for parts..so make sure if you have the same problem and it sounds like it, that they get these parts in advance.....

Sorry to dredge up an old thread, but my wife's 2013 SL has been doing this on and off since new. It's back in the shop again for the same whooshing noise, even after having the bolster replaced and some of the lines as well.
Very annoying. Wonder how common this is?
