The clock is very similar; just different dial/hands and marked IWC.
The aluminum paddles are cheap and a great improvement if you actually use them. I never do... Love the look/feel.
The steering wheel itself is different but I personally like the wood one better than the alcantara.
The big difference is in the seats (larger bolsters, different layout) and the instrument cluster itself.

The knob is interchangeable. Don't know if the center console is interchangeable.
I'll add the he aluminum paddles to my list.
My steering wheel is designo red and black leather, I' 'not changing the wheel.
The seats And stichting of the seats And door panels in my edition 1 designo are also different, not changing them.
