2013 SL63 exhaust
Hi,
looking for exhaust advice. I have 2013 SL63 and want more sound. I've ruled out downpipes. Don't make that much power and I don't like the smell with no cats. The cat ones way too much. Was looking at Renntech SS sport mufflers. They say for E63 but I called Renntech and they claim will fit my SL as well. I know everyone has been happy with these reading from the posts I've read. I actually have a 2014 E63 as well and it's louder stock than my SL. Different mufflers or resonators for sure.
Was wondering if deleting the smaller resonator mufflers on my SL would give me similar sound and if anybody has done that on R231 SL63? I want louder but I don't want drone or anything annoying or over aggressive. To me this is way to go if it works why would I pay 2450.00 for mufflers that don't even show if deleting resonators does same?
