SL/R231: Seat Side Bolster stuck in

Seat Side Bolster stuck in
Hey all,
Just picked up a "used" 2013 SL550 with 5700 miles on it.
Love the car so far, but the passenger side bolster is stuck way in. Fortunately, my wife is slender so no urgent issue, but wondering if it ever happened to anyone else?
I tried bringing the bolsters all the way in and out using COMAND... no change.
I also activated dynamic seating and it did move a little bit more "in" during a corner, but then returned to it's current position... which seems to be about 80% in.
Still under warranty so that's my next step, but thought I'd check here also.
