2016 Pricing?

I'm considering trading my C7 on a '16 SL. At this time of year what can I expect for a discount on an in stock unit? What is the normal markup and does MB give factory assistance at the end of a model year? Thanks in advance.

208 looks and not a comment. I'm not looking for comments on my choice of cars or performance comparisons, just pricing at this time of year. The only thing I see at MBUSA is a lease special. When I bought my ML this time last year I got about 10% off. I read in the ML section that people were getting 12-13% off. I just want to be prepared when my salesman returns from hip replacement surgery. I won't deal with anyone else.

You can always get money off. If you lease, the MF on the '16 models will be lower and I assume 10%-15% would be the absolute minimum.

Are you thinking SL550? If it's the SL400 I would wait for the SL450 instead. Better car all around.

Thanks for the reply. Not interested in a 550, and I have no interest in a lease. I know the 450 will be somewhat better performing then a 400, but not that important to me. What I'm looking for in a purchase is value. I will compare what I can get a '17, a new '16, and a used CPO. I retired from a car dealership several years ago and I hate to pay too much. I bought my C7 on the GMS (employee) plan and got nearly $10k off when some people were paying over MSRP. As soon as my salesman returns to work all these questions will be answered. Just wanted to get a jump on it.

Apologies to the board for this being OT but I notice that you have a white C7..still have my C6 from 2005(only 8 thousand miles). Held back from getting the C7(too spoilt with the MB comfort and the lack of it again in the interior of the C7) but love the white...just don't like the back and wondered if where all the black is at the rear someone has a white piece that would go over or replace the severe black rear and then I think it would be stunning..............jmo

I've seen a picture of that on the Corvette forum.
