I have a '13 SL550 with about 8K miles on it. Really enjoy the car and have no issues with it. I have been eyeing and have driven a '17 S class couple vert and almost bought it last weekend. Thing is, I'd like to get the tech refresh items the E-class cars are getting and that's probably available NET the '18 model year.

I have reviewed the extended warranty section of this forum so I have the general gist of the issue. Just wondered what my fellow SL owners thought of them and wondered if anyone could clarify if ABC is covered. The listing says "suspension," but I heard a rumor that it may not be covered. Thinking I'd get the warranty extended for two years. Mileage shouldn't be an issue. Anyone know the "ballpark" price I can expect retail? I know I can likely get a better price by using a dealership that seems to sell a lot of these.
