When does Mercedes Release inventory of the 2018 SL models for sale ?
My ordered 2018 SL is sitting in Baltimore, the ship that brought it to the USA, has returned to Europe, and will be back in Baltimore tomorrow - ! When does Mercedes release the growning inventory in Baltimore for delivery to customers -

Was hoping one of these mornings I would pop on line and
see you had gotten word of a release.
Guess not. I have heard nothing either.
I know that my salesman checks every day and will let me
know as soon as he sees a ship to dealer date entered.
Very frustrating but I know worth the wait.

Was hoping one of these mornings I would pop on line and

Waiting for 15 minutes finally got a real person. She was very apologetic but offered no clue as to when they will be released. Last my rep at the dealership said late August. Roughly 11 days from today.
We will see !
I agree with you, it is worth the wait, but considering I pretraded my 2015 SL 400 in May, I am getting a little impatient
For sure, I will post anything New !

Kmgwwod, are you getting the wheel and tire insurance ? My 2015 SL went thru 3 bent rims and 4 tires (bulges in the side walls). Cost me over 3,000 dollars and the vehicle only had 13,500 miles. This time I am buying the wheel and tire insurance approx 1995.00 for 4 years coverage.I was told that I can not buy the insurance after the car has been delivered. Also was told one customer went through 13 tires. We have plenty
