SL/R231: 2015 SL400 Hard Downshifting

2015 SL400 Hard Downshifting
Car started downshifting very abruptly - Most noticeable in sport mode and the 4-3 and 3-2 downshifts.
Can give you whiplash - Tired of my wife saying is that you?
Had it to the dealer twice and they tell me nothing is wrong (never did this in the past)
Tried clearing Transmission memory and the dealer did a customization of the transmission which made it worse.
Now it up-shifts way to early - in 7th at 42 mph.
Not sure where to go next.

Not much in the way of replies to this one.
Took it in to a dealer close to my home and at first they said it was normal (BS).
Than on the second visit they did a customization to the tranny which made it worse.
Now it is at the dealer that I bought it from (an hour away) and they have had it since last Tuesday.
They are working with MB and acknowledge that it isn't right.
Going on a week there so I hope they figure it out soon.
What a difference between the two dealerships.
Dealer #1 just wanted to kick it down the road.
