SL/R231: obd2 drive cycle

obd2 drive cycle
Has anyone verified the obd2 drive cycle for the r231? My car, which I recently purchased, isn't passing the emissions test because the obd2 readiness check is showing that the drive cycle is not complete. Specifically, it is the o2 sensor and o2 sensor heater which are showing incomplete.
I did a generic obd2 drive cycle that I found online, and that didn't fix it. There is also a very detailed, time consuming, one I found online for a 2005 mercedes which I'd like to avoid if possible unless I know that it also works for our cars.

I have a bit of experience on this but how many drive cycles have you had? It usually takes 5 or so but my old R231 took over 100 miles. You should not do anything except for a readiness check, don't clear codes and don't remove the ECU until it's passed.

It ended up that the Eurocharged Stage2 tune causes the o2 sensors to show as not-ready for the emissions test. The stock tune has to be added back for the emissions test, and then the Eurocharged tune can be added back again.
I will still need to do a drive cycle, but I'll just try the generic one again first unless someone posts a specific one for the R231.

Makes sense but flashing back and forth will just start the process all over again. If I were you, put the stock tune and drive it until its ready and do nothing else.
