I have noted on several occasions that a "dong" will sound in my SL usually when traveling slowly in my residential neighborhood. At first I thought it might be a temperature warning as it has been in the low to mid 30s here the last several days. I also thought it might be related to the Parking assist but I wasn't in a parking lot. Any ideas? Thanks.
mine makes dongs and dings when getting too close the car next to me in thegarage and on the street, could you be passing a car and your passive warning system alerts you to nearness of objects ??
Have your nav screen on when you drive by that point. If you see a bullseye or something similar then it is likely a PPOI Personal Point of Interest as D49 mentioned above,
Will do. I suspect it's my house. LOL. I may well have set it as Home and thus a PPOI. I should bring my Owners Manual in and spend some time reading it when the weather is too cold to be enjoying the outdoors. Thanks.
