SL 400, GLC300, C300
Phone cables, I believe.
They most likely plug into the jacks inside your center console.
Is this from a slightly older SL by chance?

They were in the trunk of my 2013 SL 350 It says on the packaging that they are valid for vehicles that are equipped with the Media interface code 518

Yes, they plug into your center console for phone and other devices. I do not use mine due to the ever changing female adapter connections.
